Veterinarian just hired at non profit senior dog sanctuary would like advice

Hello, my name is Dr Suzanne Gibson, and I recently hired as staff vet at Old Friends Senior Dog Rescue in TN. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on which software program you use to keep track of everyone? We have around 100 dogs in house and 200 in foster homes. I am also curious as to which distributors you use for vaccines, HW and Flea/Tick prevention. I was just hired and have a lot to do! Any advise you can provide me would be appreciated.
