My 8 month old puppy who is an American Bulldog was diagnosed with double hip dysplasia and instead of surgery I am considering stem cell therapy. I have been researching this topic but not very clear on some of it. Is STEM therapy a good option?

It is unlikely that stem cell therapy will provide results as good as surgery. Depending on which surgery you are contemplating, additional surgery may be required as this pet ages. However, stem cell therapy could be tried first. If the results are unacceptable, surgery could then be done.
