Here’s a closer look at how some of our ingredients benefit your pet:
Bison:
Our Bison meat is humanely raised on the range, antibiotic and growth hormone free. Our Bison is also “animal-protein” free (no rendered pets); and is only fed grass and corn.
Ocean Fish Meal:
Our ocean fish is Menhaden Herring. Because they swim in the middle layers of they are not affected by pollutants which float on the top of the ocean or ingest heavy metals resting on the bottom, they are recognized as one of the cleanest fish in the ocean. Menhaden fish are high in protein and heart-healthy Omega 3 fatty acids.
Brown Rice:
An easily digestible grain, rich in carbohydrate, protein, fiber, oils, vitamins and minerals, which increase stamina and energy.
Barley:
A highly nutritious grain containing over 40 different enzymes, minerals and vitamins that enhance the immune system.
Canola, Salmon & Flaxseed Oils: help promote healthy skin and shiny coat.
Oatmeal:
Another heart-smart grain, high in fiber and clinically proven to reduce cholesterol.
Flaxseed Meal:
A source of essential fatty acids, vital for healthy cardiovascular, immune, reproductive and nervous systems. Flaxseed is also great for our dogs coats and skin.
Garlic:
Savored by all dogs, it helps fight off fleas and maintain a healthy immune system.
Amaranth:
A grain that enhances both stamina and endurance.
Blueberries:
A natural antioxidant that helps your dog fight aging and cancer. Recent studies also show that the blue pigment contains anthocyanin, which benefits eyesight and circulation.
Chicory-based Inulin:
Clinically proven to increase calcium absorption, this type of fiber also stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract.
Chelated Minerals:
These minerals are more efficiently absorbed and retained longer than non-chelated minerals.
Yucca Schidigera:
