I have been caring for some stray kittens and one of them (born 4-2010)keeps getting little scabs and sometimes bigger sores on his face and back. None of the other kittens have this problem. He is very loving, he is eating, drinking & playing. I also don’t see him scratching. What’s up?

Golden Retriever, 5 y/o. Not knowing what he’s allergic to, I’d like to try Hemp Oil or Aller G-3. What is the difference and what would you recommend? Thanks!

I adopted a Miniature Schnauzer this weekend. She’s up to date on everything, but her skin seems to smell a bit. I’ve had Schnauzers for years and have never had this problem. I gave her an oatmeal bath, but the smell still lingers. It seems like there’s some sort of crud that’s built up on her skin and in her ears. What can I use to get rid of this, or does she possibly need antibiotics?

My dog has dry skin that she itches all the time. It almost looks like human cradle cap. I tried special shampoo from the doctor and predizone. Also took her off all chicken because my vet thought she was allergic to. She has sore spots on under her back leg. The skin rash is mostly never rear and top of her neck. Every time I pet her coat has a lot of dry flakes.

When petting my dog today, I found attached to his skin a grenn (jelly bellie, smaller than a jelly bean) attachment to his skin.

My dog is constantly scaratching her self that she makes her self bleed & she has scabs all over her. Can a dog have allergies? Is there any thing i can do, how can i help her from stop scratching. Thanks

we have a mixed yorkie & llaspo also & is always scratching & licking. He is a rescue dog. The previous owner said that he was allergic to wheat. we buy food that has no wheat but the dog still sctatches & lick. can he be allergic to something else. We have had the dog on allergie meds from our vet but it does not stop the problem. what can we do?

Enter your question herelove your show..We rescued a beagle/coon hound, 50 lbs 9 mo old male/neutered last April. All summer in Michigan, his under belly, inside legs and arms, nail beds and gums become pink in afternoon and then by 8pm he is raw light red. Rarely itches but is radiant hot. Cortsone gel melts upon contact. We just got our frost and no change which may not be envirnmental as our vet stated. His gums hurt so bad that he will swallow some food whole. Cortisone helped slightly and benadryl does help, also a cortsone spray he welcomes(you can hear the sigh of relief. He is lively to say the least. his behavior was so bad until I realized he is in high discomfort by the end of the day. what is next????? We cut out peanut butter, changed to natural food but he has awefull gas and diareah. Yhank you

hi my dog has some thing on his back its blooding and my mom and dad dont know what we should do. there is no fur around it but there are lots of little things on it and theres blood on them and coming out of them
