Enter your question here My lab retriever, age 12, has lost her ability to howl, and her normal bark has deteriorated into a raspy and higher-pitched voice. Her vet attributes this to age-related partial blockage of the larynx by a laryngeal “flap” which is characteristic of the breed. Can you tell me more about this? My 6 yr old cat has vomited 3 times this morning but no furball. He is now lethargic. No change in diet.

My cat is 2 years old and neutered. The last 6 months he had to be sedated when his nails were cut. Just last week he went to have his nails cut and the normal sedative that was used no longer worked and he became violent. Another sedative was used and work very well. He has always bitten his toys, but within the last month he has bitten every wire in the house that he could reach, electric and telephone. I have had him since he was a kitten. The mom was a stray that I took in until she had her kittens, then I had her spayed and kept her. She had 3 kittens, the one I kept, my daughter took 1, and a friend took the 3rd (I don’t know how this kitten is acting). My daugther’s kitten has become very posessive of the her house and will become aggresive if approached.Both kittens were never hurt and there is no reason for any aggressive behavior. Since both kittens are not normal,can this be a mental problem? What should I do to stop him from biting the cords and decrease his negative response to visiting people.

WHERE WOULD I FIND THE HEMP OIL, GLUCOSAMINE, And chondroitin for my dog,,,, also,, why do dogs like to run outside, and roll and rub in poo?????

so instead of phycox i can give my dog, glucosamine, chondroitin, and hemp oil??? all 3 right??? how much of a dosage is required????? he is american bulldog,, 90 lbs..thank u so much…

I have a 10 yer old dog and she weighs 95 lbs. She recently started oozing from her Anus , not a lot but we are trying to keep her clean and there are signs of discharge every time we wipe her and the odor is somewhat over-whelming . Could this be an Anal Gland infection of some kind and what do we do for treatment .

my question is regarding the heat wave we have been going thourgh in chicago. my young female boxer/pit mix has been eating grass and vomiting since the day before yesterday. she has been drinking only a small amount of water, but will not eat. this morning she vomited yellow micus like liquid. what can i do to help her?

Enter your question here About a year ago, my toy poodle began to pace the floor and then started uncontrolable shaking and panting. I took her to an emergency vet clinic.. They took x-rays and did extensive blood work and really didn’t come up with any conclusion. They did give me tramadol which calmed her. This behavior started again a week ago. I have taken her to the vet but again no distinct cause. Could this be some type of seizure? It is happening more frequently. They did give me tramadol and it seems to help. She is 11 years old.

My dogs shiba inu are both on iverhart max. How ever one month my one dog Brina 14 years old didn’t want her monthly dosage. She maybe ate 1/2 of it not sure. Any how I noticed one day she
was throwing up and on her fur along the side of her body was a round worm about 3 inches long . Was so gross. Any took it to the vet. She said that
she should not have worms when taking the iverhart. Which I agree with. So instead of giving me a regulare wormer for this she said give her a monthly dose of the iverhart. Then is 2 weeks give her another one. Then go back to once a month. Is this normal and safe to give my 14 year old a double dose of iverhart. What do you think. Thank you so much for your answer.
