Spaying and after effects

I had my 3 year old Lab mix spayed 4 days ago at one of our local shelters. Since then she has been acting quite normal, but her appetite is not up to par. She is drinking a little and eating small amounts but not what I consider normal. Also her teats are enlarged. Are these two conditions anything to be concerned with. Incidentally, the Vet said that she was still in heat when the spaying was performed. Thank you in advance for your input.

Decreased drinking, appetite, and activity is normal for up to 7 to 10 days. The enlarged teats are due to her being in heat when she was spayed. The hormonal changes may even lead to her having milk production for a short time. We prefer to wait until the heat cycle is completely over before spaying.
