Running in circles-Think a chiuaua Jack russel mix
I have a foster dog, who runs in circles all day long when out side. She came with another dog whom she fights regularly and puts her front paw on on her when she feels dominate. The dog has bit me three times when I pull the other dog away from her when she is growling and fighting her. She actually fights to get her from my arms. I thought it could be stress and bought a natural calming remedy, it has not helped. I provide a utmost loving environment and Babe gets lots of love and attention from me. Could it have been the former owner who nurtured this behavior. Help! I love the dogs. I also have three Japanese Chins of my own. Now and then she strikes out at them.

It does sound like this dog suffers from a lot of anxiety. Dog Appeasement Pheromones may be helpful. Dog socialization classes may also be helpful. Dogs do have different personalities and some just do not play well with others and need to be single pets. An animal communicator may be helpful.
