Rabbits are prone to a form of conjunctivitis that may be transmissible to humans. This requires an antibiotic to treat so you will need to get a prescription eye medication from your veterinarian. In addition the eye should be examined for signs of a corneal injury or a foreign body. When treating the eye be careful to wash your hands after touching the rabbit.
