Hey Doc, I work at an emergency vet clinic and recently my dog has become ill I can not afford to do the surgery for which my be cancer / or heat disease. I am doing what the vets have suggested to keep her comfortable. She has a pot belly due to the fact her heart can not get rid of all the fluid. We have her on Furmosemide 40mg 5 tabs twice a day and spironolactone 100mg once a day. We are concerned about her potassium can you help me find a way to get her to eat something with potassium. She is starting not to like anything. Any way you can help would be great.
