Ice for dogs

We adopted a 9-10mo. old Rottie/Shep mix last mo. She seem’s to have an absolute “ice-cube” desire.Everytime one of us get’s ice,she will sit at our feet until we give her 1or2 cube’s,is this okay? Weonly give her “hollow” cube’s so there not so hard on her teeth. This only happen’s maybe once or twice a day. You’re advice would be greatly appreciated as we’ve her conflicting opinions. Thank you,the Taylor family.

My dog, Cooper, loves ice cubes as well!! He only gets them when they accidentally spill from the ice dispenser. Certainly the hollow cubes are easier on their teeth, but ice is quite hard. A dog’s teeth can fracture when chomping on ice.
