There are not different Revolution products. The use of revolution for mange is what is called off label use, in other words, there is no instruction from the the manufacture. Veterinarians prescribe its use every two weeks for the treatment of mange. I pointed this out to show you that there is no harm in using the product every two weeks. The dog’s body does not know if you are using the revolution for mange, heartworm, or fleas. The revolution is safe to use every two weeks; this is not on the label but veterinarians know this to be true.
