I have a question about two female dogs that are now fighting

I have three dogs (2 females and 1 male) that have been together for almost three years without any problem. I don’t know what to do about it besides keeping them apart. Their fights had never broken the skins until yesterday, now I’m concerned that they could kill each other. I’ve been trying to keep them apart but they’re big dogs and this is difficult to do sometimes. Everyone is telling me that I need to get rid of one of them? Do you have any suggestions?
