I have a question about… Puppy teething and biting
Hi pet vet, my husband and I just got a 9 week old chihuahua and she is very affectionate, however, she loves to bite us on our hands, feet, face etc… Everyone says this is bc she is teething. Is this true and what can we do to stop her bc saying no or walking away never helps. (she has plenty of toys but our skin is more appealing)

You need to have teething toys to direct the puppy to chew when you say no. Doggie teething rings are available in most pet stores. Every time she starts chewing on you, say “no” and give her a teething ring to chew on.
