I have a question about…my dog’s bad teeth

Our 9 1/2 year old dog(supposedly a cockapoo although he’s way too tall) has very bad breath due I’m sure to very bad teeth…his mother suffered from this problem as well. We have tried to have his teeth cleaned but they seem to still be rotting. He has already lost a couple teeth. What should we do? Continue to let his teeth fall out naturally or should we have them pulled? Or is there another avenue we should pursue?

The bad teeth need to be pulled. The remaining teeth need to be brushed regularly to try and save them. I would not recommend pulling all the teeth, unless they are diseased.
