I have a question about…my dog chocolate

My dog right below his joint on his right leg has a skin growth that is growing in the bone and splitting the two bones in the leg. Money does not matter for x-rays and a biopsy I spent 650dollars. I heard about hemp oil studies at Harvard and I think Princtonand one other big college, so can you tell me any doctor who uses this in Vermont or Maine,which are legal for hemp oil in medical situsations.
