I have a question about…my 14 year old black lab
I have been told that I need to put my 14 year old black lab down. His back legs are getting real bad. He goes potty while sleeping or laying down. He is breathing really hard. What do you think?
He also had a cancer turmor taken off about a year ago.

I am convinced you will know when your trusted friend is beyond help. Many of the issues you describe are management problems. You know your pet better than anyone else and you will know when he has intractable pain. Search for medical assistance that gives you options; not assistance that tells you when to give up.
