feeding home cooked meals for my 10 yr. lab

I am feeding my dog white fish and chicken both cooked in water with potatoes or uncle Bens white rice 1/4 cup green beans and carrots three times a day. I give her about one chicken breast or three small filets a day I ran out of omega 3 fish oil and will substitute it with a dry omega 3 from the vet. Some times I add olive oil 1 tsp a day but I really dont know how much quantity to give her. I have read so many conflicting stuff on the internet. I am confused. The online pet meds asks for 250. to give a formula, kind of a high cost for me. Reason for this home cooked diet she developed colon problems about a year ago slimy poop with blood in it diarea and BAD GAS problem started after I gave her antibiotics for a swolen leg gland from a cut in her paw and 4 days after the poop problem started from the antibiotics she ate a scowering pad like S.O.S. She has had anal gland problems needs to have them internally expressed and she has arhritis. I had her blood tested xrays and poop analyzed and the vet said the blood was normal. Prior to the 6 months of irregular poop I fed her Hills ZD.
