I have a question about..CATS DIET.
I have a four year old cat who ate dry & wet food.Now he hardly eats the wet food. I have tried all kinds & flavors of the wet food but he mostly just eats dry…I have him on a premium “lite”, he needs to lose a few pounds. He seems healthy…does all normal cat things, plays with our other cat etc.Is it bad for cats to just eat dry food?

It is not bad for a cat to eat just dry food. From a nutritional standpoint the only thing different is water! may believe the dry food is better for their teeth. Calorie reduction and exercise are still the old reliable methods for weight loss, but it is difficult with house cats. Don’t worry that your cat does not eat wet food.
