I have a question about cats been limping for 6 months.

I took my cat to the vet 2 months into him holding his front paw up and limping. The vet thought it was a pulled (ligament/tendon).
He said that it was not broken nor was the skin broken. Six months later he is still limping badly. What can I do?

Definitely a second exam is in order. Were Xrays taken the first time? If not, it would be time to do so. If there were Xrays, a recheck set would help to see if there have been any changes in the bone. Soft tissue injuries can lead to permanent disabilities. There are medications that can help to alleviate the pain. Some ligament injuries can be surgically repaired.
