I have a question about…cat bowel activity (or lack of)

I have one can that has stomotis (sp?) and only has 4 teeth left. She likes to eat dry food the most and it VERY picky about wet food – sometimes she’ll eat it most times she won’t. The problem is she only urinates once (1 time) a day and only moves the bowels 1 time a WEEK. When she does move the bowels it isn’t a lot. She does not appear uncomfortable or up upset. She eats dry when it is offered. I’ve tried metimucil, some green prescription medicine, castor oil pumpkin, baby food with pumpkin, added to food, etc. First when you add something to the food she really won’t eat it. Then, when it is forced, it doesn’t seem to have an effect. I asked my vet about mega colon and he didn’t seem to think she had that. Any ideas?
