I have a question about…agressive behavior with other dogs.

I have a 9mmos old golden doodle/female/spayed/crate trained/house trained/learns tricks,very energetic. She has a large yard and we have a hidden fence which usually works well. She is very agressive with other dogs , especially small dogs.
She will growl,bare her teeth, chase them and snap at them. She has one playmate nearby but he is a larger dog and the play has become too rough for my dog. I am leaving on a trip and I am not sure how to deal with the dog.
She is a bit hyper and also shows some separation anxiety. I have a husband and two children/school age, who play with the dog and she gets walks frequently and has a big yard to run around in and frequently has the run of the house. Could you help me?
