my female dog is 10 to 11 yrs old.she is not fixed and has never had puppies but she looks like a cow with its utters hanging and also has some milk leaking from her teats. what can be causing this?

She may be suffering from a false pregnancy. If she has never done this before, following a heat cycle, it may be due to a cystic ovary. A consultation regarding surgery should be done at your earliest convenience.
