Golden Retreiver has a growth on the inside of his bottom lip
My 8 month old, male Golden Retreiver has a growth on the inside of his bottom lip. It looks like a small white pill. On the bottom of the ‘pill’ where it’s attached to the lip looks pinkish. What do you think it is? I’m very concerned. Thank you very much

This lesion should be examined and have samples taken to see if it needs to be removed! Young dogs may have benign lesions that respond to medication but this may need to surgically removed. At the shelter we would aggressively pursue this lesion to get rid of it!
