I have a cat who cries after she urinates, but not until she covers the litter and walks into another room. I have had her tested for a UTI and I have had a bladder ultrasound, but there seems to be no infection or tumor. She does not do this afte a bowel movement.

If you have had her examined as you describe, this sounds like a behavioral quirk that is not a health issue. If it interferes with her quality of life, consider an animal communicator to define the problem and see if it can be resolved.
