I have a dog that is a little over a year now. When she does something wrong and gets told no, she will bark at me. Is there a way to get her to stop “talking” back when she’s fussed at?

I suspect she is playing with you! It is likely she is not taking her reprimand very seriously. Maybe you should consider a time out in a dog crate rather than a verbal reprimand.
