Are Sunflower or Tomato leaves bad for dogs?

Our 7 year old aussie mix has diarrhea and this morning vomited up leaves (maybe sunflower). I’m feeding him a bland diet today or oatmeal, rice, chicken. Are tomato or sunflower leaves poisonous to dogs?
