3 yr old Shih Tzu who constantly vomits bile

I have taken my shih tzu to the vet and he was placed on id bland hard food,plus I steam chicken breast for him and feed him two 1/4 cups daily. He throws up bile approx 3-4x a month since he has been a puppy. Also he seems to get diarrhea. I only give him natural treats . He has had blood tests and x-rays to check his system. No abnormalities were found

    I would pursue the possibility of a food allergy. Find a food with a unique protein source, such as venison, and a unique carbohydrate source, such as potato. Feed exclusively for 4 weeks and see if that helps.
