14 yr old Cocker Spaniel with bumps
Hi PetVet, My 14y Cocker Daisy has been getting these jelly like (usually oblong shaped) “bubble-like bumps” for the past few years and I’ve had vets tell me they are probably fatty cysts. They disappeared mostly in the past, but one of them on her chest feels like it has solidified. It’s similar size to a large marble and oblong. Should I be concerned? Thank you, Lauri

These types of growths need to be monitored for safety. Any sudden change in character, size, or texture needs to be addressed by a veterinarian. If suspicious they should be removed.
