Be certain to carry water from home to offer at frequent comfort stops for your Corgi. Stop frequently to allow leg stretching and the opportunity to go to the bathroom. Also make sure your dog is acclimated to car travel. If this is the first car trip, short rides about town prior to the trip will help. Also be prepared for motion sickness. Cerenia tablets are available from your veterinarian for this problem.
