It started as a seasonal allergy (where he was prescribed a 1/4 to 1/2 of anti-histamine a day). In April, he was fine and his blood work was good. Then, he started having phlegm in May & nasal discharge in June. Moreover, for the last 3 weeks, he’s so dried up though we’ve been giving him the 200 ml of fluids daily. Last week, his regular Vet prescribed prednisone for 5 days & it dried up his nose, however, his body is still dried up & dehydrated ~ when you pull on his skin there is no looseness at all. He loves sitting & sleeping next to the vaporizer but it gets too hot that our other cats (almost 19 & 14 years old) got lethargic. How will you suggest to keep our 16 1/2 year old Manx cat to stay hydrated besides getting the daily fluids? Marked as spam
